Directions:
squeeze 3 cm of cream onto your palm, gently massage the first breast,
using both palms alternately, starting at the base and drawing the
breast upwards. Continue to massage around the breast in an upward
motion, for 2-3 min or until the cream is fully absorbed. Repeat
